Shipping and Return Policy

**COVID-19 UPDATE:  Due to the current situation, reduced workforce and delays out of our control, your package may be delayed.**

DOMESTIC SHIPPING | LOCAL PICK UP

  • $7.95 flat rate shipping for all orders in the US.If expedited shipping is needed, an option will be available at checkout.
  • Make sure your shipping location is safe, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
  • You are responsible to enter the correct shipping information. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
  • Any issues with delivery once a package is marked as "DELIVERED" will be the responsibility of the customer.  This means the customer will need to file any and all claims with the carrier.
  • Pick up customers will be notified when to pick up their orders by email or text.  Any orders not picked up within 30 days will be returned to inventory with no refunds.
  • Under normal business conditions, all in stock orders will be processed in 5-7 business days.
  • Pre-orders and custom made orders may take up to 2-4 weeks before being shipped.  Orders containing pre-ordered items will be held until all items are in-house.
  • All orders are shipped using USPS. 

 

RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise may ONLY be returned for BOUTIQUE credit.
  • We must receive your return within 14 days of the ship/pick up (fulfillment) date to be eligible for credit.
  • Returns MUST BE scent-free, stain/mark-free, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
  • ALL SALE, PROMOTION, DISCOUNTED, HANDMADE and PRE-ORDERED items are FINAL and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.  Please keep the tracking number for your return package in case of a postal error.
  • ALL ACCESSORIES (jewelry, handbags, scarves, hats, intimates, etc…) and SHOES are FINAL SALE
  • FREE GIFTS cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the return and for the credit to appear in your account.
  • Only 6 returns for credit will be allowed per calendar year.
  • Returns accepted outside of the 14 day window will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

EXCHANGES

Due to our limited quantities per unique style, we are unable to offer direct exchanges.  However, if you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your item back to us within 14 days of the shipping/pick up (fulfillment) notification. Once the item is received, inspected, and approved, you will be issued BOUTIQUE credit. You can then apply the BOUTIQUE credit for the desired size or another item.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

All defective items must be reported within 3 days of being delivered and/or picked up (fulfilled). Once inspected and approved you will be given BOUTIQUE credit.  You can then apply the BOUTIQUE credit to another item. Items that have been washed will not be eligible for credit.
